Sunday, July 2nd

• 8:00am-12:00pm – 4th of July Breakfast at Wapsipinicon Mill Hosted by the Independence Lions Club & Buch. Co. Historical Society

• 9:30-10:30 – Ecumenical Church Service at Veterans Park

Monday, July 3rd

MILITARY APPRECIATION NIGHT @ Riverwalk Parks - Present ID for one free drink!  Free bounce house night!

• 4:30-7:00 – Pork Producers & Pipestone Food Drive - 2 non-perishables/1 free pork burger!

• 4:00 - 9:00 - Giant trike rides ($5/ride)

• 4:00-5:20 - 42 Romeo (National Guard Military Rock Band)

• 6:00-7:50 - Grand Marshall  (Classic  Rock/Pop)

• 8:30-10:30 – Flatland Ridge (Country/Classic Rock/90's)

Tuesday, July 4th

• 9:00am – 161st Annual Independence Day Parade (Traditional route 1st St/2nd Ave NE)

• 10:45 – Festivities Begin at Riverwalk Parks

•  11:00 – Reading of the Declaration of Independence

• 11:00 – 8:00pm – Kid’s Fun Zone

• 11:10 - 12:30 – Independence Community Band

• 12:00 - 12:45 - Eric Michaels Magic Show @ Kid Zone Stage

• 1:00 - 2:50 - Heinz Academy for the Performing Arts Dance Performance & Class @ Kid Zone Stage

• 2:30 - 3:15 - Noa Marting Gymnastics Performance @ Kid Zone Stage

• 4:00 - 4:50 - Northeast Iowa Dance Academy Show @ Kid Zone Stage
