Pipestone People’s Choice Invitational

The 2012 Independence Brew-B-Q is on the books for August 27 in the Riverwalk Parks. And you get to participate in judging our vendor barbecued ribs in the Pipestone People’s Choice Invitational.

For a single price you get tickets to judge our vendor’s ribs, one ticket, one rib, one vote.  While you are sampling you are judging for tenderness and flavor.

Along with wonderful ribs those same vendors will be preparing and serving up barbecued pulled pork and brisket.  The Independence Brew-B-Q Committee will hold a pulled pork and brisket sandwich Blind Judging.  You can be sure that what is served up will be their best.
